Terms of Service

Charlotte Lab Publishing Tool (self-hosted Postiz instance)
Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. Nature of This Service

The Charlotte Lab Publishing Tool (“the Application”) is a private, self-hosted instance of the open-source scheduling software Postiz, operated by a single individual (“the Operator”) on the Operator’s own server for the Operator’s own use.

The Application is not a public service. It offers no public registration, no accounts for other people, and no commercial offering of any kind. These Terms govern the Operator’s own use of the Application and the Operator’s obligations to the platforms it connects to.

白話:這不是對外服務,沒有其他使用者。這份條款約束的是站主自己的使用行為,以及對各平台的義務。

2. Acceptable Use

The Application may be used only to publish content that the Operator has created and owns, or otherwise holds all necessary rights to distribute. The following are expressly prohibited:

3. YouTube API Services

The Application uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the Operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and acknowledges that information handled through those services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

The Operator may revoke the Application’s access to Google account data at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Content Responsibility and AI Disclosure

The Operator is solely responsible for all content published through the Application, including its legality, originality and compliance with each destination platform’s policies.

Content published through the Application may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Such content is disclosed as synthetic on the destination platform in accordance with that platform’s policies, and any performer personas are identified as fictional, AI-generated characters rather than real individuals.

5. Availability and Disclaimer

The Application is provided on an “as is” basis with no warranty of any kind. It runs on a privately operated server and may be modified, interrupted or discontinued at any time at the Operator’s discretion. Scheduled publication is not guaranteed and may fail due to network, server or upstream platform conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

As the Application has no users other than the Operator, no liability is assumed toward any third party. The Operator accepts all risk arising from their own use of the Application.

7. Termination

The Operator may disconnect any platform, revoke any authorisation, or shut down the Application at any time. Doing so ends all data processing described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
